FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
What is a forum?Forum (also called Peer Exchange Group, PEG or Roundtable) is a group of 8-12 non-competing CEOs, executives, presidents or entrepreneurs that meet on a regular basis to share and learn from each others' experiences. In a completely confidential environment, members explain how they tackle challenges, navigate change and spur action in their personal and professional lives, so that each individual takes away a trove of information to incorporate into their own decision-making. Keys to successful PEGs are confidentiality, commitment to the group, openness and trust. |
It was a pleasure meeting you at the ARS retreat last week. That was a very unique and oftentimes intense experience, and I deeply appreciate your help in making our forums rewarding. You have real gifts for empathy and understanding, and it's great to see that you can so directly make use of them in your business life. |
